Returns

Upon receiving your order, please check all items for any defects, errors, or missing parts, and report any issues immediately.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns less the initial shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if we made an error in shipping, the exchanged items will be shipped free of charge.

If your item was shipped via "FREE Shipping," a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will inform you of the status of your refund once it has been processed.

If your return is approved, a refund will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment for the initial purchase price.

Custom Orders

Each item is customized especially for you, so returns are not accepted except in the case of an error on our part. Please note that the natural pattern of the wood grain varies from piece to piece, making each item unique. Natural products may also vary in size and shape for the same product.

How to Return Items

To request a return of an item that was shipped to you, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@olivarts.com with the following details:

    • Your order number.
    • Your name.
    • The reason for the return.
  2. A customer service specialist will contact you as soon as possible to review your return request and provide necessary instructions.

  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Carefully pack your items with a copy of the return form included in the original package.

  4. Contact our customer service by phone: ‪819-461-2037‬ or by email at contact@olivarts.com to obtain the return address.

  5. Send your returned items via a traceable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service.
