PRODUCT FEATURES AND PRICING

Olivarts makes reasonable efforts to present its products, features, dimensions, and prices as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of certain materials, particularly natural wood, variations in color, grain, shape, and dimensions may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Prices displayed on the Site are shown in the applicable currency and may be changed without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout, unless otherwise stated.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation.

ORDER PROCESS

Users select the products they wish to purchase and add them to their cart. Before proceeding to checkout, they may review and modify the selected products, quantities, and personalization options.

Users may place an order with or without creating a customer account, depending on the options available on the Site.

Before completing an order, Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information provided, including selected products, quantities, personalization details, shipping address, and contact information.

Payment is made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Once an order has been successfully placed, the User will receive an order confirmation by email. Olivarts reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a payment issue, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or product unavailability.

TRANSACTION RECORDS

Information relating to orders and transactions is retained in accordance with Olivarts' business practices and applicable legal requirements.

Payments are processed by Shopify and/or the payment service providers available at checkout, in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.
