Order Processing and Shipping

At Olivarts, we aim to secure and package your order promptly. Our processing time is 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched for delivery. We ship directly from our Québec City, Canada warehouse and incur US Customs fees for orders placed across the border.

Issues with Shipment or Products

If there is any issue with your shipment or the product upon arrival, please contact us at contact@olivarts.com within 5 business days of delivery. We do not accept returns or refunds unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item. In that case, please email us pictures of the item, packaging, and box at contact@olivarts.com.

Coverage of Delivery Fees

Olivarts will cover delivery fees for products that are delivered damaged, defective, or with errors.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the package is returned to us.

Responsibility for Shipping Address

We are not responsible for delays or packages sent to incorrect addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address when placing the order.
